Carl, is there anyway to tell the difference between a y-block(292-312) to the larger engine manifolds? I don't want to get screwed over at a swap meet. Thanks, -4sped
The easiest way is to look at the bolt pattern. The ones that fit a 292/312 all have the bolt holes in a straight line. The Lincolns are staggered at the ends.
Yep, they are for a Y and I apologize. Didnt look close enough at the pattern and went by the casting ID.
Seems like others got confused as the seller added a comment that he received several EMails.
At 55 bucks, you got a good deal.
About ten years ago I found a set, the junk yard stuck me 85 bucks each, would not budge on price, but they do look great, and was much easier to install dual exhaust. Have not seen another pair since.
