Complete Rebuild
I have a '81 F-150, I'm looking to do a complete rebuild. Right now it's a stepside. I'm looking for a new bed and cab. Having a hard time locating both of them. The questions I had were 1) Could I take say a '94 stepside box and put it on that frame. 2) Same with the cab. 3) Does any one know where I could locate these parts. If you have website and phone number that would be appreciated. Right now before I could even begin to start I have to be able to find these items. I guess if you have any leads on any style of bed or cab between '81-'96 that would help me out a lot. thanks

Ford stamps Serial numbers on frames, be sure to get the title of your cab that you are going to swap, as it could look like it was stolen and the truck was chopped....for your information if you didn't know.
