Anyone have a solution to a sluggish radio response? I have a2018 f250 platinum

First, you'd have to explain what a sluggish radio response means...

Slow to light up upon cranking vehicle sometimes
press a button and wait sometimes a minute for a response

I also had an update performed. Ironically it worked perfectly until I shut off the truck. Upon restart sluggish came back

Take it back to where they did the update.

If it's electrical/electronic and it's wonky on an F series truck, check the batteries. Can't hurt anything to check.

Did check batteries and alternator. All good. Update people have no idea either but believe radio itself is the culprit but no concrete proof at the moment. Showing no codes either
