8" to 12" screen

I just installed a 12" screen, so far everything seem ok except I lost my rear view camera. I get a "Not Available, contact your local dealer" alert on the screen. Camera is enabled in APIM. Anyone have any idea what I'm missing?

Thanks to jmorriz I got the rear camera to work. Had to disable all the 360 camera data in the apim. Thanks Jim!!
