I have a 77 f250 and the doors were replaced before I bought it so the plate on the door is different from the one on the cab and I'm trying to figure out what front diff I have because I need a new pinion gear and can't figure it out

This is a buck tag, usually installed on the firewall. It was used by assembly line workers to assure the installed parts matched the build sheet.
Most of the codes were not used on the Warranty Plate plus the sequence was different, so they cannot be decoded. The picture is too dark to see what the codes are.
The front driving axle ID tag is located under two of the bolts that retain the inspection cover to the housing. By now, many of these tags are missing.
Look and see if it's still in place and if so, post all the info that's embossed on it. The tag may be hidden under grease and road scum, so wipe it off before you look.
NOTE: You can get a new Warranty Plate with all the correct codes embossed on it from martiauto.com .. Just pass along your VIN and some bucks.
Marti also offers a copy of your trucks original build sheet. Marti has ALL the FoMoCo records that pertain to 1967/79 F100/350 & Passenger Cars / 1967/79 Bronco's & Econolines.
Marti got this info in the late 1980's, when he found out that FoMoCo was planning to THROW IT away!
2X on Marti for the new warranty tag. Check to verify that the VIN on the title matches the VIN stamped on the frame. The VIN on the frame is stamped in two locations on the top rail of the passenger side of the frame. The easiest one to see will be located right under the alternator on a 360/390 FE V-8. The other one is under the cab requiring a mirror as well as wire brushing etc. to reveal and see it.
