beer anyone?
Shinerbock and Heniken special dark are great also.
But my favorite is a this beer that you can only buy in person from these monks on a mountain in Germany. No preseveatives, so you can't stor it long. Of course it never lasts long anyway. Increadible! People drive for hours to buy a couple of 5 liter jugs of it!
Years later, I got food poisoning the night I drank 3 shots of jagermeister. I was sick real bad. My body remembered, because the smell of alcohol made me gag. I quit for 8 years. But now, if any drinking I do, it HAS to be a margarita, and that's rare.. Three is the maximum I will drink..
Appearance: Authentic Bavarian-style wheat beer, naturally cloudy with tones of deep gold.
Aroma: Clovey, fruity nose.
Service: Typically served in a traditional Weisse glass or champagne flute. Recommended with light meals, chicken, fish, salads and dishes served with lemon. Often served with a lemon garnish - the lemon lightens the overall taste while brightening the fruitiness.

Brooklyn Monster Barleywine
Brooklyn Monster Ale, our dead-of-winter seasonal, is an English style barleywine. Barleywines are beers fermented to the strength of wines, usually around 10% alcohol by volume. The high alcohol produces intensely estery flavors, giving the beers a vinous, or sherry-like character. Deep mahogany in color, Monster is cellared for three months, and unfiltered. Monster’s aroma is redolent of sherry and hops. The palate is fruity and citrusy, and the finish is warming. Monster is available on draught at select bars and restaurants, and also in 12oz bottles.
Availability: November-February very limited quantities in 12-oz bottles, 15.5-gal kegs and 5.2-gal kegs
Malts: British Maris Otter, Halcyon and Pipkin, Malted Wheat
Hops: Willamette, Cascade and Yakima Fuggle
Alcohol: varies year to year, 11-12%

Ford Trucks for Ford Truck Enthusiasts
Is there a best? It kind of depends on the weather. If'ts it hot as hell I'll usually choose ice cold Dos Equis.

I prefer beers that are crisp, with a bit of a bite.
I forgot to mention Newcastle in my earlier post.

shiner bock is my substitue for zegeinbock. have you tried that before? if you like shiner i think you will like zegein.
if you like an unfiltered beer.
Zegein Bock is absolutly wonderful. The last trip I took to DFW I brought back 5 cases in the pickup. Is that illegal since you are only supposed to be able to get it in Texas?????

I'm not sure that was the same beer. This starts with a K, Krutzberg or something like that.
Germany has something 800 different beers.
Someone else mentioned Kokanee. I had that at Whistler ski resort a few years ago and I couldn't decide if I wanted to ski or just get drunk... great beer.
This is Will here, you are absolutly right about Kokanee. IMO it is a great Canadian beer brewed in the Candaian Rocky's. Its the beer out here.
Canadian and proud of it
Yeah, it's okay, but I like (in no particular order) :
After snowboarding, I like these:
Shaftsbury Honey Brown
Shaftsbury Cream Ale
At a summer barbeque, I like:
Big Rock Brewery Warthog Ale
Corona
For camping, I always bring a couple flats of:
Labatt's Genuine Draft (no hangovers the next morning)
or I bring a couple or three:
Molson Canadian Bubba Kegs
I have been known to drink in the past:
Kokanee
Labatt's Blue
Pilsner (find the bunny)
Asahi
O'Keefe's Extra Old Stock
Carling's Black Label
