Think to start came with most of what came in F or H series, 477 and 534 seemed popular in early years. 1st I drove had 3208 Cat whose only saving grace was that it didn't leak as much as the 6V92 Detroit in the next truck. The next few were Cat 3406, my favorites. All the L's I drove were the LTS models. The upgraded interior models were so nice, and the line haul instrument panels were very well thought out. I can still remember the new smell.
