2003 E350 V10 Emissions Hoses

2003 E350 V10 Emissions Hoses
Trying to figure out what these hoses are. They're on a friend's '03 E350 V10 Club Wagon, They tried to have it smogged and the smog tech pointed out these deteriorating hoses and said they'd need to be replaced before he'd pass it. I'm about 500 miles away right now and need to have the hoses ready and waiting for me to install when I get there next week, and all I have to go off of is this pic. The smog tech marked the two hoses with white chalk marks, (the two hoses in the center of the pic, one below the other, he accidently got chalk on the other hose to the left) and I'm hoping someone who's more familiar with this engine than I am will recognize them and be able to point me in the right direction to get them ordered.
