Isn't P0420 for an emissions issue?
By the time @pbsdaddy responded with Post #2, @00Stratos had already posted about this issue in the "2009 - 2014 F150" and "1999 to 2016 Super Duty" forums. Not sure about the others, but that's why I only helped with the NC chapter part.
