New Maverick Owner
Hello All!
I ordered a new MY'23 Maverick Lariat when the order banks opened in September. I joined another forum (MTC) when I first became interested in these new little trucks. I took in as much info as I could from there, as well as subscribing to Long McArthur Ford's YouTube channel. Internet Sales Manager Tim Bartz @FordVideoGuy was a huge asset explaining the ordering process and advising what items were constraints with recommendations to leave them off special orders. My truck arrived at the Dealer on March 6th and I took it home the next day.
*2023 Maverick Lariat w/Lux package in Alto Blue. I didn't want a hybrid anyway, so I ordered the 2.0 EcoBoost engine, and hindsight shows I made the right choice to get my truck scheduled and built. I feel bad for those who ordered hybrids over a year ago that may never get built due to the overwhelming demand.
Since taking delivery I added the spray-in bedliner, tinted windows, used my FordPass points to have the splash guards (mud flaps) installed, and this past Monday dropped it off to get the ceramic coating. I had ordered and applied the chrome MAVERICK letting on the tailgate as well. Very pleased with the vehicle thus far.
