windshield water sprayer
A couple of thoughts come to mind:
#1 - vinegar.
You can possibly disolve the contaminents (probably hard water scale) using vinegar. Siphon out the current fluid and replace it with vinegar then pump it through the system and let it sit a while - repeat as necessary until the problem is cleared up (Be sure to wash it off your paint!!).
#2 - Most larger parts houses offer aftermarket lighted nozzles. You do not have to wire the lights up, and I'll just bet they are both cheaper and easier to get, than new OEM parts.
(ON EDIT: Sorry for ignoring the "how to take it apart" part - I'd probably use a die grinder, so I kept my mouth shut.
)HTH.

Have you tried a "low pressure" air hose; forcing the pressure in the opposite direction of the fluid flow? (my stupid repair manual ain't helping me today as to the replacement of the sprayers!)
You can also take off the old hose, reverse blow the system w/ the air hoses removed then replacing w/ new hoses onto them.
If both sides are clogged now, chances are that you may have picked sediment from the bottom of the fluid bottle.
