Wiper linkage

Does anyone have the wiper linkage diagram? I did not get a shop manual because 95% would not pertain to my build. I can make the drivers side work but the passenger arm jambs when I attach it. I assume my connections at the motor aren't correct even with the Dennis Carpenter clevice. Thanks in advance.

Are you using vacuum or electric? The two are not compatible!

I am using an electric motor. I have the linkages from the vacuum setup with a new center clevis.

My setup was a little different. I had the linkage for the electric motor and tried to make it work with a vacuum motor but no go. So, I then got an electric motor and it worked out for me!

Is the electric motor linkages straight? I have two set that are bent and match identically. I thought the one came from an electric set up, could be wrong.

To be honest I can't remember what their shape was. I would think a parts master catalog would show any differences between electric and vacuum linkages. I'll try to look that up tomorrow!

Finally remembered to look up the linkages. Looks like the vacuum are straight and the electric have an angle or two in them. A Parts Master Book is a valuable resource. Thet also come on CD.

Thanks spurredon, I appreciate your time to get that for me. It looks like I have all of the right pieces. I tried to manually rotate the passenger side and it has some interference in there somewhere.

Got them working. the arm at the motor was rubbing the sound barrier and the a/c bracket slightly. The main problem was the arm attached at the motor needed to be aimed at 9:00 position to get the arms both in sequence. Overtighten at the motor and it was spinning causing loss of sequence.

Thanks again for the diagram

Thank You

What a great help you are! Yes this USB option would be fantastic. I ordered a CD and it’s on the way. I’ll check it out and buy the USD if I need. May buy it anyway.
