Preset based on forum stats of some sort. I'm not sure the full list of milestones (and their triggers) has been published. Apparently, if you are are a certain level of paid member, one gets the privilege of being able to set the value to whatever one desires (provided it meets the family friendly guidelines).

go to your "user CP" page (in the blue ribbon at top) and see if it will let you change it... find "edit details" then "custom user title" under optional info
