Buy a disc brake the front end from a wrecking yard and swap them out. Also, do a search for this and you'll find LOTS of posts that will probably answer most of your questions. Good luck.

I see in your post that you "do not want used take offs" Well, then go to a parts place and buy new spindles, rotors, calipers for a 71 F250 with discs. You'll need to swap the master cylinder for a disc master too, and a proportioning valve too (drum drum prop valves are different from disc -- drum).
All new stuff -- probably $500 -- $700 Honestly, close to the same quality (spindles at least, do not ever wear out, barring abuse or lack of maintainance) can be had from a salvage yard for LOTS less.
I've heard that master power brakes in north carolina has a kit, but that it is pricey - but well engineered. http://www.mpbrakes.com/ is their website. Anyone on the board tried them?
Link directs back to motorhaven, so you would have to track them down on your own I guess. If interested try looking at the brake kit ads in Custom Classic Trucks, or Classic Trucks magazine.
Moderator, sorry if this is a company we should not mention on this board.
