Misfire cylinder 4. 2017-6.2 gas motor
Anyone have issues with misfire code in cylinder 4? Truck is 2017 F-250, 6.2 gas motor. 108,000 miles. Truck is basically perfect. Seems to be running fine but getting code for misfire? Anyone else have this issue or an idea of what may be causing it? Has newer spark plugs. Thanks!

More than likely the coil pack, or corrosion as they collect moisture down in the head where the boot goes. If nothing else, pull all that apart and clean all the connection and make them shiny clean like new. A little dielectric grease, sparingly applied as you reassemble will help. With over 100K on your clock it might be time for new plugs and wires anyway.
As stated, don't use anything but OEM coil packs. If not available I have had good luck with NAPA.

It's been my experience in the past with misfires, is that they're injector related. If eliminating the coil pack for that cylinder doesn't clear it up, then try running some strong injector cleaner in the fuel (Techron, e.g.) and see if that clears the code. If not, then see what the normal operating resistance should be on the particular injector, and go from there.
If it is an injector issue, don't put that off, and repair it before fuel contaminates the catalytic converter (and turns into an expensive replacement repair).
