Roller Cam?
I have a 1985 Ford F250 with a 6.9 L diesel.And I’m wondering if it has a roller cam.

I guess you are asking about the Hydraulic valve Lifters.
They are used fro the 83 6.9 all the way up to the 2010 6.4.
yes they have rollers.
