I looked at my Ford app and I received an email from Ford in the Message Center saying they applied a new update to my F150. Couple of things Ford needs to work on:
1 When the message you sent has an Update Details button make sure it works.
2. Why would you put this at the bottom (I'll call it the Home Page for my Truck) 1 Vehicle Alert(S) PLUGGED IN NOT CHARGING?
I don't have a Hybrid or Electric truck. Mine is a 3.5 Eco Boost.
Ford put out an APP Update, problem fixed. I was hoping that the Ford rep on this site would saw this post.

At least yours updates! I have a 2021 2.7 Eb. Currently in the shop because it won't update, plus 3 other recall things, plus my battery is crap. I bought a nearly new truck so I would have a reliable vehicle..... 🤷
Sorry you're having issues with your truck. Is your Wi-Fi signal strong to your truck?
I have Goggle Mesh Wi-Fi, I added a hub in the garage, so I have a great Wi-Fi signal to the truck. I bought the extra hub from Walmart on clearance, it’s pink.

There is TSB out on it. I can't toggle the button for updates, apparently it's a known issue 😑 I do have decent wifi where I normally park but the update toggle is greyed out.
I had strong wifi and my truck would not update. My family and I got a 30 day subscription to FDRS (we have 6 Ford trucks in the family). Started at version 21146 and spent 2.5 days updating multiple modules. Finally we were able to get everything updated, with the Fullscreen Carplay/Android Auto.
