The factory speed limiter(if it exists) would be based on the speed rating of the OEM tires which would be upwards of 75-80mph.
If the truck was a fleet vehicle at some point it could have an aftermarket speed limiter installed, but I don't know what that would look like or where it would be installed.
What powertrain does your truck have? If it's a diesel with a C6 trans and really deep axle gearing it might not go much past 55mph, the old U-haul trucks were equipped this way.
