Can you tell what they call the cart I see where flatheads are run on with radiator and all the parts???? How much are they??

What you are looking for is an engine test stand as opposed to an engine stand. I'm not immediately aware of ones specifically designed for Ford flatheads, and many of the ones you see are one off fabrications/adaptations.

With any engine stand or engine test stand, be aware that the flatheads are unable to support themselves fully from the engine rear bell/trans mounts.

That was a concern on the earlier ('32 - '47/'48) 59-series flat V8's with integral bellhousings. 8BA/8RT's as in our 48 - 53 trucks have no problem like that.
