02 sensor codes
I have a 1996 f150xl 4.9 6cyl. I have a p0141 and I tried to change the downstream sensor but no luck so I'm soaking it everyday for a week or so then my buddy who has torches is going to try it. Anyways I checked today just to make sure that was still the only code but now it has p0136 too. I'm pretty sure that is still for the downstream after cat sensor? Just wanted to make sure.

Yes it is: P0136 O2 Sensor Circuit Low Voltage (B1S2)

No it is not. I believe the 1995 5.8L Bronco with CA emissions and BIO0 catch code PCM uses stereo O2 sensors. That one does not use a third O2 sensor behind the converters, that was an OBD-II requirement.
There may be other catch codes in 1995 that used dual O2 sensors, but I do not have that info in front of me at the moment.
