PCM starting issues
chopper mech needs assistance. have a 04 F250 SD. Had to pull horn button/ airbag for horn issue. reinstalled with horn disconnected and pcm relay popped. replaced with non used fuel heater relay and now wont crank or start. have full power to cab for all interior but nothing to starter. replaced relay with accessories relay and nothing still. reconnected horn and just pulled associated fuse, all other fuses good, obd reads no codes where before i was dealing with 0720 code for a 4r100 (which is not whats installed). since i cant get her started now what are my options.
