How would a 35” tire on a 20” wheel need a different amount of lift than the same 35” tire height on a 24” wheel? Both are 35”s…….

Since it's apparent you don't know about properly fitting wheels, because you can't even give us the wheel and tire measurements that matter to determine how things will change, just listen to the shop.
