stiffer hood
I seam to be in need of a stiffer hood. commercial trucks pass by my (going the other way) and my hood shakes/lifts on the sides. like is just has a bit of flexing. is there a hood brace, stiffener out there. or just a home brew job?

Make sure it's adjusted correctly, the latch is holding tight and the bumpers are adjusted to keep tension on the corners. Other than that it's just the nature of a huge, relatively flat, hood and won't cause any issues. Every car I've ever owned has done it to some extent, some are just much more noticeable. When i first got my Crown Vic, I had to pull over a couple times just to make sure it was actually latched it moves so much, now I don't even notice it anymore. You can try to figure something out on your own, but there's nothing i know of that's designed specifically for it.
