FORD PASS STILL NOT WORKING

This vehicle does not have connectivity. This is the message I get when I try to switch from my Escape to my 2017 super duty. It used to work now nothing. Tried reloading and updating ford Pass and reinstalling the truck and escape. Escape works fine but not the super duty.
Any ideas. What does it mean when it says connectivity. It connects to wifi no problem.

Mine is working fine. All three vehicles appear.

I have app version 4.24.3

Just don't understand why it was working for 4 years on the super duty and now that we added the escape it wont connect to the truck.

I have used Ford Pass for several years to connect to wife's 2020 Explorer and my 2021 F350. No issues and we use the app daily to start & unlock the vehicles. May not hurt to swing by your Local Ford dealer and see if they can assist. The salesman set up our Ford Pass.

Call the ford pass support number, they can get it worked out for you.
I did notice the app had recently been updated on my phone, icon looks different than it used to.

Nevermind, I found it. It's 800-392-3673.
