Hello
Looking for some help on cab carpet,
I purchased a cab carpet kit from LMC,
Does the back wall carpet go behind the in cab gas tank ? Or in front of the tank?
All what about the corner radius? Do you bend paneling strips or something in the corners, then fold it back under?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am not a rules/instructions guy so how I look at it...carpet is something that makes things pretty, if you put it behind the gas tank then it doesn't serve its purpose. 2 inch wide industrial vecro works very well in holding sound isolation material and carpet.
Don from Sound Deadener Showdown retired a couple of years back but a lot of his online resources live on...Sound Deadener Showdown | Your Vehicle Quiet (archive.org)
I bought many items from Don over the years for sound/noise isolation...he sold the industrial Velcro on his site (and that it where I bought it when available) but I have found that you can buy the same Velcro from various vendors.
