Sci79 - I'm so curious as to why you have Matt Berry dressed as a doctor as your profile pic. I'm such a big fan of Toast and Shadows. Other than that, I have nothing to add to this thread. Cheers.

So that is a character he portrayed named Dr. Rick Sanchez on a show called Garth Marenghi's Darkplace and it is brilliant and I recommend seeing it. Also he did a music video for it called one track lover but do watch the show first. Its on prime video:
The "DEWHEL 12V 0.02A-10A 2-Pin CF-12 Electronic LED Flasher Relay Fix for Turn Signal Light Fast Hyper Flash" works for both the hazards and turn signals. But it's not audible. I wish it was.
The "2-Pin Electric Flasher Relay, VOFONO 12V Heavy Duty 2 Pin Compatible Automobile Motorcycle Bike Scooter Fix Turn Signal Bulbs Fast Hyper Flash, Two Prong Round" doesnot work.
Does NOT work
I may keep searching for an audible relay that works.
Your does not work will work with at least 2 1157's in circuit. Worked great in the 78, it also worked great with the trailer towing. But I never tried trailer and led in combination. The led bulbs I tried at the time were dimmer than an 1157 bulb in use. Was bulbs not panels.
One more update - The AMFRNE flasher with ground works as well and has an audible click sound. I attached a short vid of the sound.
Sold under the name: AMFRNE 2 Pin LED Flasher, LED Compatible, Fix Turn Signal & Hazard Warn Hyper Flash Flasher, 2 Prong Heavy Duty 12V LED Flasher Relay with Ground Wire, No Load Flasher(Works Without Resistors)

Those are the exact ones I bought. Gonna install them today. Where did you ground them and are you using 2?
I plan to use two, but I initially only bought one to test it. I attached the grounding wire to the screw to the left of the steering column shroud. Seems to work fine.
Installed mine tonight can confirm all lights working now. Blinkers and hazards with full Leds
EDIT: My right front was not working, possibly a bad bulb as it worked with a reg bulb but all others were working with the non working LED installed so I may just need to order a new one.
Turns out i have a bad drivers front socket, probably causing half my issues. ordering a new one on Friday. Also gonna look into a better LED as one of mine basically exploded in my hand lol (crumbled would be a better word)
I bought the "iBrightstar Newest 9-30V Super Bright Low Power" LEDs for my brake lights (Brilliant Red), reverse tail lights (White), and front parking lights (Amber Yellow). For the running lights, I used "Phinlion 194" bulbs - Red for rear side and Amber Yellow for front side. All from Amazon.
I can't speak for longevity, but they seemed like quality bulbs and pretty bright.
Have you tried using some load resistors? Pretty common to have blinker issues when switching to LEDs, unless you install load resistors. Usually it just causes hyper flashing, rather than no flashing at all, but not having them could still be the problem. Worth trying at least.
I have sent 2 days trying to even find where my Turn Signal relay is LOL
The 4 Way was easy to find.
goggles, searched her and there. there is no photos or diagram I can find.
thanks for any tips. this is on a 1984 F-350
