Hello. I have two F-150's, a 1995 Flareside and a 2014 RED Lariat, which my wife and I call the red dragon. The Flareside I bought from a Boy Scout master many years ago, 2011. I get compliments on it occasionally.
I need to part with my 1995 F-150 Flareside, but I don't know how much to ask for it. 245408 miles. It has a Super Hawk canopy, extended cab, 5.8L engine, new extra beafy leaf-springs to haul 1000 lbs extra, no dents, white. Looks nice. Interior is OK, XLT, blue tooth radio with a remote. 2WD, rebuilt tranny a couple years ago. Other stuff over the years. (The red one's not for sale.) What do you think? It's supposed to be rare. I haven't put it in the classified ads yet. I suppose I should look through that.
The Red Dragon has all the bells and whistles, and I just put new shocks and struts on it. I'm in the process of getting new tires for it, too. All that is killing my bank account, (along with certain politicians). That's why I'm selling my beloved Flareside.
Sorry the pics are so big. I'm trying to figure this out.
Welcome to FTE. In my opinion, the best way to find a vehicle value is check the NADA and Blue book sites, then check your local listings. You should be able to get a good average that way. Check the, "Car/Truck Buying" section in the Miscellaneous forums for good advice about selling.
