I have a 2019 F250. One of the DRL only comes on when the headlights are on, not during the day when they are off. So, obviously not an issue with the bulb. Factory lights. Maybe wiring connection? Any thoughts? Thank you!

Are these stock, untouched, halogen headlights? When you say one of the DRL's only comes on when the headlights are on, that would be one of 4?
Unplug each headlight connector from their bulbs, make sure the connections look clean, apply some dielectric grease, then reseat them. Sounds like a poor ground on that particular lamp, but if one of them has a poor ground, others may as well (but not to the point that they're affected yet).
If you've got a poor ground connection, it's possible that it'll show up when less current is provided (which your DRL's are I believe, simply less current is applied to keep the lamps from full intensity). I'd blame that before wiring issues (especially since they all work when normally fully on). Start there, first, as it's a simple test.
one of 2 (front) DRLs turn on firing the day but they both turn on at night.
Dumb question but clarify for me. The headlight switch has to be on auto for DRL. At least on my truck it does.
If the lights are on auto, headlights will come on at night, not DRL. And you say "front DRL". I don't understand this either. There are no rear DRL.
Are you saying one complete side, just top or just bottom aren't operating during daylight hours?

maybe the picture better describes the problem. This is in drive during the day.

That exactly describes the problem. Unless I missed it, it was never made clear that you have factory LED headlights. Hence my confusion and why some of us were thinking of a 4 bulb H13 set up.
That does help, I had no idea you had LED headlights. Also, that's not a 2020 in the photo. The DRL's run at full brightness when actually functioning as a daytime running light , and at a reduced brightness at all other times, like when the headlights are on. I assume they both work when you unlock the doors? For whatever reason that one side doesn't want to work at full bright. Figuring out the reason for that will take someone with a much better understanding of how they work and exactly what part would effect that.

it’s actually a 2019, but purchased in 2020. Sorry! I appreciate all the comments. I was hoping for an easy fix but looks like I should just take it to someone.

I wonder if a faulty LED balast could cause that type of issue. Hopefully someone with some more knowledge on this stuff will post up
