Owning both an OBS and a super duty my deciding factor would be government involvement.

 

Anything that thwarts Commiefornia's ability to dick you around gets the vote for the win. the seating and steering wheel arangements can be worked on with a combination of other MY stock and or aftermarket, the brakes can be upgraded though it might cost more than you are willing to pay... but in the end, the priceless ability to tell that particular states loony bin government to go fornicate with itself is priceless.
