The video starts with the noise and ends with it. It would make this noise pretty consistently throughout, maybe every minute or so as it revs up.
Not normal. I have done three stationary OCR and all my truck does is rev higher. Did you sit in the truck & watch your temp guage to see it that is happening when the fan turns on?
I pretty much only do OCR's and that noise is not suppose to be there. The OCR's on the 2020+ trucks are so much quieter than the earlier models. My 2017 would rev to 2k and the fan would be a full duty cycle the entire time making it sound like it was going to take off. The newer one rev to like 1600 or so and the fan is not engaged near as much.
