We took 4 ASA (American Sailing Association) courses to get certified to charter monohull and catamaran sailboats. I have had a bunch of sailing experience to include open ocean racing.
RoyJr has had no experience. We both did very well on our written tests and hands on..... I averaged 98% and RoyJr 97%..... We blew the other two out of the water.....
Mom barely passed and daughter flunked.
80 - 85°F and humid.... Some days the humidity wasn't too bad. A couple of days the humidity was terrible.
Good morning Roy. Sounds like an active fun time. Good job passing the boating test

Good morning Vermont and FTE land. Have a fantastic Friday. Get ready for the guessed big snow coming. Only counts when actually measuring it

Good morning woodchucks and happy birthday Jim. Kids are driving up from Boston tonight to go skiing. Going to stay at our house to cut the costs. Guess I better turn the heat up. Might be a tough drive if the storm actually produces. Happy weekend eve.

good morning Shawn. The drive up should be good. I don’t think it starts until this evening. Getting to the mountain Saturday will be another story

Morning Jim, Shawn, all VT and visitors. Hope you get at least what they are calling for....PLUS ! Looks like the ski areas in NY and VT will love it. But will they have time to groom for the weekenders? Looks like the old homestead just SE of Bennington will get at least a 1/2 foot or more .

Howdy Vermont woodchucks and Patriots......

Sunny day in Montana..... 10 - 15 mph winds and 28°F. Supposed to get to 36°F...... Almost beach weather...

I am going to be working outside on my friend's TT (Travel Trailer). Almost finished with the solar system install.....
I do wish for another 10° warmer..... Oh well, Life IS Good anyway.

Merry Monday morning Vermont, Jim, Shawn, Bud, Roy and all the Woodchuck crew.
In my woods it is officially spring despite what the stars and calendar say. Thursday, I noticed the grass was getting a little tall, but I could easily see the Chihuahuas in the yard. With the warm days and all the rain Friday and again the warm weekend and plenty of sun, I had to mow the grass yesterday evening. I couldn't see the Chihuahuas in the yard!
