Greetings everyone, new to this section of the forum.
So the wife ordered a new bronco sport 4 months ago. It came in this weekend and we went for a drive. Loved the car, all the options were spot on! However, with the car idling at a stop light the car vibrated like an old diesel. My wife made mention of it before I did. She's a Ï push the pedal and it goes" kinda girl. So if it's bad enough for her to notice, it's bad.
In park, the vibration was less, but put it in gear and it was very noticeable. Felt like the converter was vibrating. Anyway, we walked away from the car for that reason. Has anyone else noticed something like this? Thank you all for your input.
No unusual vibration from our 3 cyl Bronco, but it is not quite as smooth as our 4 cyl Ranger of course. From your description, I would say there is a problem there. Find another one to test drive.
My wife and I test drove both the 1.5 and 2.0, the 2.0 being noticeably smoother. That, and we loved the 2.0 in our 2018 Escape led us to order a Bronco Sport Badlands. We picked it up last week and so far so good.
