Hi everyone, I have a 2013 f350 6.7 diesel, recently had the DEF repaired and also the catastrophic fuel system replaced, and now I have a intermittent knock on acceleration, I don’t know what is the cause or if it’s major damage, I’ll upload a video, if anyone knows possible issues. Much appreciated. Thx!

Yes the whole fuel system was replaced, I was thinking it's an injector as well, but the shop tested them and said they are good wee you able to hear the knock in the video?

Yes, it was very loud. Was this the same shop that replaced the fuel system?
Mine (with 247k miles) does this when it's cold and with low RPM acceleration. It will rattle a little till the RPM's get up and does it less once it warms up.
Not sure what has been done, besides the complete fuel system being replaced and MAF sensor being replaced twice, they tested the injectors and they were good, but idk if that was under a load, it’s scheduled to go to Ford for more testing, if it’s anything related to the fuel system, then I feel like it’s on them to get it right

247k is about exactly the same mileage as mine, but idk if you heard the video knocking, but it’s never done that before changing the fuel system and I believe will cause more damage if not corrected, it happens more when warmed up, my biggest concern is that it’s not a rod or bearings

Yes, I downloaded and watched/listened to your video.
