Wheel bolt pattern

I was looking on ebay at some wheels and tires to fit my 79 f-100
What is the bolt pattern on these trucks anyway?
Are there other brands that interchange like Dod-e ?Never ch-vy no no no never that!!!

I do like the 17's and 18's they put on the Dod-e trucks
Will these fit ?

Thanks

Benny

on the 1/2 ton trucks (F-150's) the bolt pattern is 5 on 5.5. it is very common. They doodge rims will fit if you have a 2wd truck. but factory doodge won't fit on a 4x4 because of the hub.

When did Dodge change their bolt pattern? They used to be 5 x 4 1/2" like a car.

Have the newer 5-lug trucks been changed to metric patterns like the 8-Lug wheels?
