You have an F-250, so a Super Duty. On the main forums page, scroll down to the "Super Duty/Heavy Duty" section. You have a 2006, so open the "1999 to 2016 Super Duty" forum.

There are three fuses that run the cluster - F45, F33, & F02 in the underdash fuse box. Check them first.

You can use a test light to jump from the excite circuit on the alternator to the battery to get it to start charging. You must use a test light don't just use a jumper. You still won't be able to drive the truck because the PCM reads the fuel level off the IPC and will put the truck in limp mode because it thinks you're out of fuel. You can try wiggling the connectors on top of the IPC to get it to turn back on but you probably need a new or rebuilt IPC
