ICP Sensor

I will need to change out the ICP on my 96 F350 and I see that there are two ICP's available. Part number for years 94-96 F4TZ-9F838-A and 97-03 F6TZ-0F838-A. There is a huge price differential between the F4 and the F6. The F6 being considerably less expensive. Are the ICP's interchangable without causing any issues? Thanks for your insight.

good question and im thinking of getting a new one for my 95 and maybe IPR which i know is different for mine
