I've got an 86 F350 CC (pic in sig) and the front doors have had 18 different mirrors mounted on them, It looks like that anyway from all the holes. Anyway, I have a chance to get some doors from an 84 regular cab for $100 each that are complete except for one wing window and the door cards. I know that year wise the doors should fit but will doors from a regular cab (or Super Cab) fit on a crew cab? I'm thinking they will but I can't afford to drop $200 on doors only to find out they won't fit.
I went to www.car-part.com and plugged in a 1985 f350 and that I wanted a front door. In the list that came up, there was a crew cab that was offered for a front door. So according to the car-part interchange, the 2 door doors will fit the front of a crew cab.
Thanks, I hoped you'd chime in. I thought doors from a regular cab would work on the front of a crew cab but wasn't sure. I live in north central Wyoming about 25 miles south of the Montana border. Finding bullnose parts in this area is difficult at best as this is a GM/Dodge area. I'll get the doors.
I'm located in Sheridan Wyoming. I can't get any measurements right now. I had ankle surgery a few weeks and am still non weight bearing at the moment.
Have you considered repairing the doors on your truck now? Even if they have a number of holes from different mirrors being mounted, you should be able to weld up the holes. It would be easy for a good body man, and not the most daunting task for someone experienced in turning a wrench. Unless you're incredibly lucky you're going to have to repaint any doors you find.

Yes, I have, and that was the plan until these doors came up for sale. I don't currently own a welder but that lack in my toolage will be fixed next summer. These doors I am interested in are red so yep, they'd need painted but that isn't a chore I shy away from. I was planning on painting the whole truck anyway.
I wonder what happened to the aftermarket doors? You used to be able to buy the whole complete door I thought. They were made in China and thinner metal like the front fenders and tailgate , but it was something.

I don't know. I looked one time for them and never found any. I can find door skins but not complete doors
