There is no '04 Super Duty fender, of any number of doors or cab style, that is the same as an '08 Super Duty fender, of any number of doors or cab style.
The 2008 fender design is entirely different from, and not interchangeable with, the 2004 fender design, without changing the entire front clip, including the inner fender reinforcement structure and radiator support, the hood, the grille, the bumper, the whole works.
If you are trying to match a 2004 truck, then a fender from 1999-2007 will work.
If you are trying to match a 2008 truck, then a fender from 2008-2010 will work.
The cab style and number of doors do not make any difference.

Well, in my defense OP was talking about a range of vehicles e.g. 2004 - 2008.
Not a 2004 versus a 2008, which i ASSUMED OP meant the exact same body style.
So if it is the same body, the fenders should be the same.
