I recently purchased a 1999 F350 extended cab dually with a 7.3 power stroke and the front seats are completely shot even the foam on the backs. I have been looking and cannot seem to find all the foam, so I am thinking about swap them for a set out of an expedition as I see them in junk yards with good seats and am wondering if they will fit. I have been looking and think if if i change the brackets they should fit. Anybody have any ideas or any experience doing this?

The reason I ask is I have the 60/40 split in Medium Flint (gray). No power on the seats. Simple, old school. I had them reupholstered last year because I found the exact set-up in NY 2 years ago.

I believe the floor is the same from 99-16. Try finding a newer model supercab (some call them extended cabs) and see if the bolt pattern looks the same. That should broaden your options for finding used seats.
