I bought the truck (2017 F250) with lift kit already on it. It has 37-13.5 tires on 20” rims. I’m trying to figure out how much it was lifted. The height measurement from ground to center of fender is 44 1/2 front and 45 rear. From center of wheel hub to center of front fender is 27.

Have you determined if it's a spacer lift? If it is, you can measure the coil spacer. It would be either a top, or a bottom mounted spacer.
For the rear, the stock block would be 3-3.25", depending on which face you measure. Any block taller than that would equal lift.
Pictures of the suspension would help in identifying it. My guess, based on your measurements is that it has a 2-2.5" front lift. For comparison, my stock 2019 on 34" tires measures 41.5" front, 44.5 rear, ground to center of fender.

Ill get you some pics. No spacers in the front and stock block in the back. So I assume the springs were changed.
Im also looking to replace the stock radius arms with either Carli or Kryptonite. Is there anything besides supporting truck at axle and frame that I need to consider?
Definitely has spacers (2"?), at the base of the coils. The coils look to be OEM, unless that tag isn't what I think it is. You are correct in that the rear is stock.

I have never heard of that happening. I suppose with installation error anything is possible. That style of spacer is used on a lot of these trucks, doesn't seem to be a widespread issue. I considered using them on mine, BDS 2", but decided I don’t want that much lift.
