broken manifold repair bracket

broken manifold repair bracket
I recently discovered the exhaust manifold bolt on the drivers side next to the firewall is busted and of course the manifold is leaking. i came across the repair bracket on CPAddict's site (7.3 Driver Manifold Bolt Repair Bracket) and was curious if anyone else has had luck using it. I am thinking it will be best to just pull the manifold off and replace the bolts but if this bracket is solid i might give it a try.

ok so just to close the issue here i ended up just removing the manifold and removing the broken bolt. removing the inner fender liner and the shock tower helped a TONNNN (highly recommended). i took the manifold to a machine shop to have it re-surfaced and will reinstall as soon as i get it back.
