It sounds like some do have good luck with them, but there are also many that don't... it's the number of reports from folks that don't have good luck with them that keeps me from getting them.

Nice lights but would be better if the LED outlined the entire taillight including the back. It doesn't show much lighting from directly behind the truck. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. They give you a $25.00 credit right in the box for purchasing the lights but don't try and use it. Their response is we aren't aware of any credit and then just ignore you after trying to contact them. I was going to purchase additional product but not after that.
