]It will take a certain number of run cycles without the problem persisting for the code to vanish. I'd delete it and see if it reappears.[/color] BINGO
A battery would be EXTREMELY unlikely to cause a misfire.
Just have the battery load tested. If it spins over good at cold temp. it is more than likely good weak batts. don't like cold weather as do loose or dirty connections.
You are not having to jump it right? The battery?
If it's real low and you are having to jump it to get it running
Then it will be relearning raw sensor data and hunt for idle speed
That causes minimal problems for a few minutes of run time
But happens again the next time you jump it

had a 48 period a couple weeks ago when it was wet and cold when I had to use my battery jumper I keep under the rear seat. Been starting fine since then.

A couple weeks ago I had a 48 hour period where it was wet and cold and had to use the battery jumper under my backseat. Been starting up fine since then. I just know that it may be about time for a new battery as I don’t know the age of this one.
If the battery gets too low, the processor will loose its kam memory and have to relearn idle speed and some raw sensor data
If you have been starting it up and it runs, it will only take a few starts and drive cycles to do the relearn
So, how's the miss?

After replacing the coil pack a couple weeks ago to fix the misfire in cylinder one, I’ve only noticed a rough start last week when the light returned for cylinder two but haven’t noticed anything unusual since other than the light going away on its own.
