What are you trying to build, 4x4 or 2x4?
What floor is in the cab? 4x4s often, maybe always have taller humps than 2x4s for transfer case clearance.
Was the engine and trans/transfer case original to the '77 4x4 frame?
Are you just trying to drop the 2wd cab / floor down with the engine already in place with trans/transfer case attached?
Where is the cab hitting?
Why is the bed so tilted?

the cab wasn’t bolted down and the original motor was a 351 but am putting 460 with c6 With attached tcase
Just curious, assuming the 2wd truck was either a 3 speed column shift or an automatic that cab would then have the low rise transmission tunnel. You'll need to cut open the top of the tunnel and screw in the high rise adapter that would've been in the 4wd's original cab. You'll have to start there.

thank you for this I thought about that I also heard about switching crossmember is that another thing to do
As in hitting cab floor....then you need to cut the 2wd cab floor (trans tunnel) out and put the 4wd cab floor in. Yes there is a pinch seam welded on one on the 2wd and the trans cover is bolted in on the 4wd. 2wd is a low trans hump, 4wd is a tall trans hump.
If I remember correctly there are holes pre-drilled in the frame that allow the motor perches to be moved forward or backwards to accommodate different combos of motor and trans combos and perches.
