Which is better and what is the most reliable? Warn Standards or Warn Premiums?? I read that a conversion kit is required to install these hubs on my F-250. Do any of y'all know anything about this stuff??? I'm familiar with most of these things, hubs happen to be one of the things I'm not up to date on. Is it worth the price difference?

Your best bet is to read up on the different materials used between the two. There will be differences, you would most likely be able to read the difference on Warns site. Warn builds strong hubs, I have used them my whole life. I spend alot of time off road, this may not be what you are looking to hear, but anytime you even think about buying a add on or upgrade you gotta read. Once I decide to buy a part it usually takes me a couple of months of reading magazines and posts on the offroad sites to decide which manufacturer and specific part to use. Most people call me excessively ****, but I spend less time broke than everyone around me, to the point where I have them coming to talk to me on info, and doing the buying the same way I do.
Well, its a matter of neccessity now, its in the shop, and I've got to get the parts to them on Monday. So tonight, I'm gonna have to buy them. I am getting Warn Premium Manual Locking Hubs and the Conversion Kit that it calls for to be installed in place of the 3 screw housing thats already on there with the automatics. They probably won't come in until tomorrow afternoon or Monday.
Well, I bought the new hubs today, they'll be in tomorrow. Warn Part #38826, and Conversion Kit #37121. A wise investment ($325 roughly), from what everyone else has said.
