Help identifying part

Hello.
I've got an 89 f150 lariat xlt. Automatic, 5.8. I'm gradually trying to fix or replace things as I go. I'm having a tough time finding out was this torn part is actually called. It's directly under the radiator.
At first glance I thought it was some sort of swaybar cover. Pretty sure that's not the case.
So far I've heard (bolt in lower core support, Lower Cross-member & Radiator Support and bracket assembly.) None of those are really getting me anywhere. Lol
Looks like someone tried to pull something by attaching a hook and chin and as you can see... it didn't end well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Front drivers side directly under the radiator.

I do not know what Ford called it but that is the sway bar bracket. I believe you will find it is only available used.

I agree with MY4Fordtrucks. I have the sway bar but not the guard piece. If the guard is not compromising the sway bar, I don't think you need to do anything about it. I can see that depending on the use of the truck that could be a handy feature to prevent damage.

Thank you. Yeah, it sure seems to be helping the sway bar more than the radiator. Lol
I'll try looking or asking around by that term.

That's good to know! Although now I'm gonna have to try and get used to the idea of NOT having one to cover up my naked sway bar if I can't replace it. Lol
Thank you for the reply.

Since the sway bar is bolted directly to that bracket, the only way to not have that bracket is to remove the sway bar.
