Flat head antifreeze quantiy

I just bought a flathead on an engine stand radiator and all. I can start it while the engine is in the stand. I want to seperate the stand from the engine to transport it so have to drain the antifreeze. I was wondering how many gal jugs to take along. My cherry picker will not raise high enough to put it on or get it off of the trailer.

My '53 flathead with the factory radiator holds about 5 gallons. I would take 6 to be sure and get it all.
