Those engines are miles apart. They are from two different engine families.
The bellhousing to engine pattern is different, as well as every intake, exhaust, cooling, electronic, and control interface.
Best to figure out exactly which 4.6 you have--there should be a sticker on it with a barcode or number or both and other info, and swap in an identical engine.
