F150 backup camera
My active lines stopped working on my 2016 F150, coincidently after I had my truck inspected. My mechanic says he did not touch any settings. I took it to ford and they told me that my vehicle is not equipped with active lines. I told them I have been using them since I got the truck. I think the technician is either a. Lazy and did not want to try and find the problem or b. Thought he was dealing with a dumb female that would accept his answer. I continued to state that have been using them for 6 years. When I asked to speak to a manager they very quickly got back to me. The current situation is they are going to have their master tech look at it and have a hot line call with ford tomorrow. I have researched and tried every fix before taking it to the dealer. does anyone have any thoughts on what it could be so I can suggest it to the technician.
