Bad BCM?

Bad BCM?
As the title says, I'm wondering if my BCM is bad. Here are the symptoms:
2015 F250
-Driver door will LOCK but not UNLOCK. (Tried a new lock solenoid, same issue).
-Front right turn signal is INOP. (zero voltage to the turn signal wire, parking lamp gets ~12v)
Everything else on the vehicle works.... Looking at the schematics, I can see that both of those trace back to the BCM with no relay that can be changed.
Is there anything else I can try? Or do I need to go ahead and replace the BCM? If it needs to be replaced, has anyone been able to do it with forscan? I did find a guy locally that will program it for ~$250 at my house, said it would take about 30-45 min.

You first need to scan the BCM with Forscan or other capable scan tool. Guessing based only on symptoms is usually sub-optimal.
There are certain electrical faults that have to be reset via tool (after repair) anyway. Besides, even if you do determine that the BCM is in need of replacement, you're still going to need the scan tool capability for PMI unless you take it to a dealer or competent shop.
